Ms. Kramer serves as Managing Partner of Westminster Capital Advisors – a boutique investment bank specializing in secondary private equity transactions. Ms. Kramer has more than 25 years of experience in private equity, equity capital markets and equity research, and has significant experience in GP-led continuation funds.
During her career, Ms. Kramer worked on more than $20 billion of equity and equity-related financings and secondary private equity transactions.
Prior to Westminster Capital, she was employed in research and equity capital markets at Salomon Brothers, Lehman Brothers and JPMorgan. Ms. Kramer began her career in economic research at The Federal Reserve Bank of New York.
Ms. Kramer is a graduate of Haverford College and earned her M.B.A. degree from Columbia University Graduate School of Business.
